| 1. Articles sent for publication should have a covering letter addressed to the Editor stating that it is solely contributed to this journal and the Editorial Board can do necessary changes if required. The covering letter must be signed by all authors giving their qualification and designation. Address of communication should be given. A declaration of transferring the copy right of the manuscript to the Association of Otolaryngologits of India, West Bengal State Branch should also be enclosed signed by all authors. 2. Mention if the article has been read at any conference at the foot-note of the Title Page. 3. Manuscripts should be double spaced type written on one side of the paper. 4. Illustrations & photographs should bear the Fig. No., Title of the article and names of authors at the back with light pencil. Legends to the illustrations are to be given in a separate sheet of paper. Microphotographs should have mention of stain and magnification. Line drawings, charts, graphs etc. should be drawn on art paper with black Indian ink. Tables should be given with Roman numbers and referred to on the text as "Table No." 5. References should conform to the system of Cumulative Index Medicus i.e. name of the author beginning with surname, year of publication in parenthesis, title of the article, name of the periodical, volume number and page number. Reference from a book should |

Generic Drug names to be used with trade name in parenthesis. 7. Two type written copies with CD format of each article, photographs, illustrations etc., if any, should be sent by post or by email to aoiwbkolkata@yahoo.in. 8. Articles not fulfilling the above will not be accepted. 9. Subscription for individual issue is Rs. 50.00 and Annual subscription is Rs. 80.00 only. 10. Art pull for photograph, illustration etc. will be charged @ Rs. 150.00 per photo art pull, for B/W photo and Rs. 1000/- each for colour photo Demand Draft for cost of photo art pull should be sent to the Editor within 15 days of receiving the letter of acceptance of the article, drawn in favour of "AOI West Bengal State Branch.
